The Blue Courage team is dedicated to continual learning and growth. We have adopted a concept from Simon Sinek’s Start With Why team called “Learn, Share, Grow”. We are constantly finding great articles, videos, and readings that have so much learning. As we learn new and great things, this new knowledge should be shared for everyone to then grow from.
In this article on inc.com, Benjamin Hardy discusses what makes a person successful.
If you focus on the low-quality things in life- you will have low to mediocre outcomes. When you focus on the positive, high quality things in life- the less you can justify the low quality, and you begin to evolve expecting only the higher quality in your choices and outcomes. It’s important to understand all bad habits are difficult to give up, but is necessary to have that healthy life you desire. As we grow and evolve we realize what is really important to us.
How you do things affect everything else in your life. You must remove everything you hate in your life, so that your daily life can be filled only with things you highly value.
When focusing on core essentials that mean the world to you- and succeeding- you will dominate in all areas of your life. You will be living intentionally & congruently, have momentum & balance, and be who you truly want to be. Sometimes to better ourselves can mean in a spiritual, physical and relational way.
Don’t “major in minor things”. If we continue to focus on little things in life, we can never grow. When you begin to evolve and progress, living on a daily basis with your values and ideals- you feel happier, more present, pursue bigger dreams with bigger ambitions, more resilient, and you will live at a higher frequency.
Major take away:
Success comes down to focusing what is important and of high value to your heart and soul- when you can identify those few things and focus on your energies to them, all else begins to fall into place, and you become successful in all areas of your life and space. It means balancing your life in a healthy manner because when we do that we become successful.
