The Blue Courage team is dedicated to continual learning and growth. We have adopted a concept from Simon Sinek’s Start With Why team called “Learn, Share, Grow”. Key Learnings:
Gretchen Rubin is the author of The Four Tendencies, her most recent New York Times bestseller about the groundbreaking analysis that reveals the one simple question that will transform what you do at home, at work, and in life. Click on the button below to see the full lesson.
Key Learnings:
- We can choose to be happy. While life will throw some terrible circumstances our way, we can still be a little bit happier if we choose to be.
- When we recognize that we are in a dark space, we can take action to lift our own spirits. We have to look for things that make us just a bit happier.
- Listen to your favorite playlist
- Play with your beloved dog/cat
- Read your favorite Daily Dose of Blue Courage
- Do a good deed
- Hit the gym
- Everyone’s list will be different but we should all have a list we can go to when we need a pick-me-up.
- One of the big daily challenges of life is: “How do I get people—including myself—to do what I want?” Knowing the Four Tendencies make this task much easier. Which of the 4 tendencies do you fit into? Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, or Rebels?
- Our Tendency shapes every aspect of our behavior, so understanding this framework lets us make better decisions, meet deadlines, suffer less stress and burnout, and engage more effectively.
